I couldn’t decide which perspective of these summer flowers I preferred. Typical for me, it depends. The day I took these photos I was quite struck with the fields of them blowing gently in the breeze and indeed that’s what called me to pause and breathe in the beauty of the scene. Yet that beauty of the whole is exactly what called me to wander deeper into the field and drill down to capture each petal bursting into bloom. So the question for me isn’t Do you like less or do you like more? For me I love both perspectives.
