Hiking along the Wolf Trail this afternoon was delicious – a warm sun on a calm November afternoon in our shirtsleeves. The rust colours of the oaks and beech trees were everywhere so this red stood out and caught our eye. Red, amongst the end of season straw colour of the swamp. So distinctive and yet I wasn’t able to identify the bush. If you’ve any idea, please let me know
